What it does

You pick a metric, a time window, and a cadence. RankRobin reorders the products in your collection on schedule. That is the whole product.

Metrics: units sold, revenue, order count, revenue per day, or a 7-vs-7 trending signal. Windows: rolling, fixed, or true year-over-year. Cadence: daily, hourly, or manual.

Set the rule once as a template. Apply it to as many collections as you want.

Seasonal bestsellers, automatically

Generate a collection like “Bestsellers from Last Christmas” or “Top Black Friday products” using the same date range from previous years. RankRobin creates the collection and fills it with the top products from that window. No manual rebuild every season.

A few things worth knowing

• On install, RankRobin backfills your historical order data into a per-product daily sales table. Year-over-year windows sort against that history.
• Pinned products stay locked to the top. Everything else gets ranked by your rule.
• Out-of-stock products can be pushed to the bottom automatically.
• Works with any Shopify theme. Native Shopify collection order is what gets reordered, so your existing collection pages just pick up the new sort.

For developers and agencies

The sort job, templates, and seasonal generators are all addressable from a documented API. If you want a custom metric, a different cadence, or to drive the whole thing from your own admin, that is supported. Works out of the box for merchants, extensible for anyone building on top.
