## Step 1: Install from the Shopify App Store

1. Go to the B2B Registration Form & Approval listing on the Shopify App Store
2. Click **Add app** and install

You'll land in the B2B Registration Form & Approval dashboard inside your Shopify admin.

## Step 2: Configure your form fields

Open **Form Fields** in the dashboard.

The default form collects name, email, company name, and country. To change it:

1. Click **Add field** and choose a type
2. Set the label, placeholder, and whether it's required
3. Drag to reorder

**Field types:** text, email, tel, number, url, textarea, select, checkbox, country, vat, name (composite), address (composite).

Each custom field can write its value to a customer metafield or notes field on approval.

## Step 3: Add the form block to your store

B2B Registration Form & Approval installs a **B2B Registration Form** section block. Add it to any page via your theme editor:

1. In Shopify admin, go to **Online Store → Themes → Customize**
2. Navigate to the page where you want the form
3. Add a section and select **B2B Registration Form**

The block inherits your theme's typography and colours. You can configure the button text, input styles, and messages from the block settings.

## Step 4: Set up Flow notifications

The app fires Flow triggers but doesn't send emails itself.

1. In Shopify admin, go to **Flow**
2. Create a workflow triggered by **B2B Customer Applied**, **B2B Customer Approved**, or **B2B Customer Rejected**
3. Add a **Send email** action

## Step 6: Test

Submit a test application from the form block, find it in the dashboard, approve it, and confirm the customer is tagged in Shopify.
