**B2B Registration Form & Approval** adds a registration and approval workflow to your Shopify store. Wholesale customers fill out a form to request access; you review their application and approve or deny it from your Shopify admin.

## Who it's for

B2B Registration Form & Approval is built for Shopify merchants who:

- Run a wholesale, trade, or B2B-only store
- Want a structured way to vet customers before granting access
- Need to collect and validate business details (including VAT IDs) as part of onboarding
- Are on any Shopify plan (no Shopify Plus required)

## How it works

**For your customers:** They fill out a registration form on your store. The form collects their business details: company name, country, VAT ID, and any custom fields you've added. When they submit, they're added to your pending applications list.

**For you:** Applications appear in a review dashboard in your Shopify admin. You can see everything they submitted, including VAT validation status for EU customers, and approve or deny with one click. Approved customers are tagged in Shopify and optionally set as tax-exempt.

**For notifications:** B2B Registration Form & Approval works with Shopify Flow. When someone applies, gets approved, or gets denied, a Flow trigger fires.
