Introducing Culsin
Most Shopify apps grow over time into sprawling feature sets. What started as a simple tool becomes a platform with a dashboard, an analytics suite, and a CRM attached. The integration becomes the product, not the thing it was built to do.
We’re building Culsin around a different principle: each app does one thing, and does it well.
Small scope, real depth
When an app tries to do everything, it rarely does anything particularly well. Edge cases get papered over. The UI sprawls. Configuration becomes a chore.
A tightly scoped app can go deep. It can handle the edge cases properly, build an interface that’s genuinely simple, and get out of your way once it’s configured.
What we’re building first
Our first app is B2B Registration Form & Approval, a registration and approval workflow for wholesale Shopify stores. The problem is straightforward: how do you collect applications from potential B2B customers, validate their details (including VAT IDs), and approve or deny them from your admin?
It sounds simple. Most existing solutions are either too heavyweight (Shopify Plus B2B) or require custom theme development. B2B Registration Form & Approval is purpose-built for merchants who want a clean, configurable process without the overhead.
More details and an install link coming soon.
Culsin isn’t just B2B
B2B is where we’re starting, but it’s not the only place we’re going. Culsin will make focused apps for Shopify merchants across different problem spaces. The thread connecting them is the same: small, purposeful, and built to do one thing properly.
